About Our Client

Our client is a midsize waste management firm located in Canada that deals in the collection of waste from homes and businesses. The company has a fleet of waste collection trucks to different cities to serve some clients. As their operations grew enlarged, they began to experience challenges in accommodating their fleet, routing their waste collection, and providing timely collection services.

Problems
