About Our Client

Our client, a UK-based entrepreneur, came to Celestial Infosoft with a visionary idea: to create a unified digital platform where users can discover and book local beauty and wellness services from third-party professionals.

Whether it’s a quick haircut, a relaxing spa session, or a child-friendly grooming appointment, the client wanted to offer users an effortless way to connect with quality providers. On the other end, service professionals would gain a flexible, intuitive platform to showcase their skills and availability without the need for their own booking infrastructure.

Challenges

Before building the platform, several core challenges stood in the way:

  • Fragmented Industry Access: Customers had to rely on Google searches, word-of-mouth, or Instagram DMs to book appointments.
  • Lack of Platform for Providers: Independent service providers had no centralized way to promote themselves professionally.
