About Our Client
Our client is a private K–12 educational institute based in Ontario, Canada, serving over 1,200 students and employing 150+ faculty and administrative staff. They aimed to digitize core operations and streamline communication between staff, students, and parents through a centralized web portal.
Challenge
The institution was managing class schedules, student records, and communication via disjointed systems and manual processes. This resulted in:
