About Our Client
Our client is an EU-based startup aiming to bring transparency and authenticity to the premium wine industry. They envisioned a blockchain-based platform where every bottle’s origin, handling, and ownership history could be traced and verified creating trust for both consumers and resellers.
Challenge
Traditional supply chain software couldn’t provide the level of transparency and tamper-proof data the client required. They needed expert guidance to architect a blockchain-driven solution that would handle real-world supply chain data, integrate with IoT for tracking, and deliver a simple interface for non-technical users.
Solution
Celestial Infosoft consulted on the ideal blockchain architecture, smart contract logic, and user flows. We designed and developed a decentralized platform on Ethereum, utilizing smart contracts to record ownership transfers, logistics events, and product metadata.
The solution included a React-based portal for wine producers, distributors, and consumers, and integrated IPFS for decentralized storage of certificates and origin proof. IoT-compatible endpoints were implemented to allow future sensor data integration.
